Calculating Cost | Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Hosiery | No Returns
Orthotic Devices | Receipt required for returns
+ Unused & clean - within 5 days full refund
+ After 5 days 25% restocking fee
+ 30-60 days - store credit only
Prescriptions | Federal law prohibits any returns
OTC's | Unopened packages same as orthotics devices or after 5 days Store Credit for 100%
Open Packages | NO RETURNS 60 days.
Refunds | We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
